Nicolle Merrill

I’m relentlessly curious about people. This curiosity led me to a position as an international career coach at Yale School of Management where I dove deep into understanding the nuances of global job searches. I learned quickly that successful job searchers have nothing to do with submitting resumes to the keyword screening robots.

I’ve worked with students, alumni and executives to create solutions to their communication problems. I listened to their stories and pinpointed their pain points. Then I created solutions like job search strategies and adventure stories.

I’m not the kind of coach who helps you gently figure out your meaning in life. I’m the kind of coach who helps you when you have a goal clearly in mind: you want to switch careers, work internationally, improve your public speaking skills, engage audiences, or create an authentic story.

I help you develop your message, build confidence, and move forward in chaotic, ambiguous environments. No matter your goal, I help you make sense of ambiguity to stand out among the crowds.

Webinar Content Development and Delivery (Virtual Presentation Skills)

Audience:

  • Mid-career professionals

  • Marketing teams

In an age of YouTube and Snapchat, your webinars need to be on point. Unfortunately most webinars suck and the presenter is part of the problem. Presenters need to show their face, build space for audience interaction, and provide content that resonates with their audience. I teach you how to get better at webinars and content development so your next webinar engages your audience and inspires offline action.
